Spotto is an IoT solution that allows you to tag and manage your things, creating an historical record along with locations, notes, and photographs. The tags offer RFID, NFC, and QR codes giving you flexibility in methods of scanning from tapping with your mobile phone through to mass-item scanning via a Spotto wand.

By combining Spotto with OneBlink, your users can scan an item, and then view a OneBlink form, automatically populated with Spotto data, and complete the rest of the form details.

OneBlink turns Spotto from an asset tracking system into a powerful asset inspection system.

Getting Started

You’ll first need a Spotto account, which you can get from signing up to Spotto:

Once you have your Spotto account, as you register your Things, you’ll be able to select a form you’ve built in OneBlink from your Spotto administration area. This means when a user scans your tag, they’ll see a form option they can tap to fill out inspection details.

Historical form submission details will be available in both the Spotto and the OneBlink consoles. Naturally you can also use the integration options in OneBlink to pass your data to your backend systems or databases to create an even more powerful and integrated system.

Building Forms for Spotto

Any form you build within OneBlink can be used from within Spotto. Simply create your form as usual within your OneBlink console, and then you can select that form from within Spotto to link your Thing to your form.

Also consider the use of Info Pages. Spotto offers an ability to create a Link that users can tap when they scan a tag. By creating an Info Page within OneBlink you can offer them information such as user manuals, notes, help documentation etc.
