With the Productivity Suite integrations you are able to use Power Automate (MS Flow), Hosted Webhooks, HPE Content Manager and more. These can be used to integrate with a number of systems. Most of these require time, configuration and technical knowledge. If you need to quickly and easily access your form submission data, you can use the extract to get the submissions' straight from the Cloud storage.
How to Extract form data
Navigate to the form and select the Submissions tab. From here select your date range and click the Refresh button.
This will display all the submissions for that time period. Then click Extract, this will send an email to your logged in email address where you can download the form data in a JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) format.
What to do with the data
JSON is a commonly used standard text-based format. It can also be easily converted into a CSV, to be imported into your Google Sheets, Excel Spreadsheet, databases, or analytics tools.
