Form Templates provide a library of prebuilt forms designed to help you get started when building solutions in OneBlink.

Templates can be searched, previewed and added to your account when creating a new form.

What are Form Templates?

The Form Templates menu contains a growing library of prebuilt forms that can be used as a starting point for your own forms.

You can search for templates by form name or by category.

Creating a Form from a Template

To add a template to your account, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Open the Forms menu.

Step 2: Click the Create New Form button in the bottom right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Click Create From Template.

Step 4: Search for the template you want to use. You can search by the form name or by a category that describes the type of form.

Step 5: Select a template

Step 6: Click the Import Form Template button to start using the template
