The Geoscape integration allows you to add simple address validation element quickly to your forms, allowing forms users to easily find the address they are looking for and add it to the form. Configure the integration once and use it across any form.
GeoScape Key Configuration
Ensure that you API Key has both the Predictive API and Addresses API Products enabled
Set Up Integration
Step 1: Navigate to the integrations menu and click Setup Integration on the GeoScape integration card.
Step 2: Add your Geoscape API key, and click Save.
Step 3: Once the integration has been configured, you will need to navigate to the form. On the form summary tab you you need to Enable the Geoscape configuration.
Step 4: Add a Geoscape element to a form
Getting an address from a location
If you require your forms users to specific an address when they may not know the exact street address it may be benifitial to allow them to set the address using the Location element. This integration uses the GeoScape integeration to reverse geocode the location and return the nearest address.
Step 1: Have a GeoScape integration configured in your account, follow the steps above for how to complete this.
Step 2: Add a Location element to your form and a GeoScape element to populate.
Note: You can also populate a Text element if preferable.
Step 3: In the Location element open the Advanced section of the Element details and turn on the Show Street Address switch. This will display an Formatted Address Element input, choose your GeoScape element to complete the configuration.
You will now be able to populate the GeoScape Address element using the Location element.
Additional configuration
You are able to add conditional logic for selecting specific state and territories to your GeoScape form
