Filtering and Searching
App
You can filter your search to only submissions from a specific app.
Form
You can filter your search to only submissions from a specific form.
Date
You can filter submissions by date using the Submission After and Submission Before dates.
Submission Id
All submissions generate a 32-character unique identifier. You can use the submission Id search to find a specific submission.
External Id
External Ids or Receipt Ids can be created using the Receipt Id configuration on the Developer tools tab of the form.
Total Submissions
When opening the submissions menu and whenever changing the filters or search parameters, the Total submission count will appear below the filter card. This will show the total number of submissions returned based on your filters and search criteria.
View Submission
From the Submission menu, clicking on any of the submissions will display the submission data for that submission.
Extract
Extracting the data will send you an email containing a link to download the submission data as JSON.
For more information, check out this article.
Workflow Status
The Workflow Status pop-up will allow you to view all events for your submission. You can see what failed, what succeeded and the current status of the approvals. If there are any failed events, you will be able to investigate the error logs to diagnose the issue, and even relay the failed events from here.
You can also replay events for multiple submissions by checking the submission using the box on the far left of the submission and selecting the actions button at the top of the screen. To replay submissions in this way, you need to filter the submission menu for a specific form.

Manually Run Workflow Events
You can manually run workflow events from the manually run pop-up. From here, you can select from the currently configured workflow events and click the run button.

Each submission has a PDF button, which can be used to generate a PDF of the original submission. Note, this PDF does not include any payment or approval form information.
