Phone Number
Along with all the new features in this release, we saw the need from our customers for a phone number specific element.
The Phone Number element has custom error handling, formatting, and a keyboard designed specifically for phone numbers.
Team Member Permissions
We have updated our permission groups into a more logical progression of access.
These groups provide different levels of console access for Team Members so that distinct user groups only have access to specific areas of the console.
It should be noted that all users in existing organisations will be set to Administrators with this release, so please go ahead and adjust your permissions as required.
Accounts Page
The accounts page has been updated, by adding more practical information about the Team Members and the Organisation.
To increase the transparency of the console, we have added higher level monthly usage tracking. This will ensure your team members are able to see how your system is being utilised.
We have also included a ‘Your Profile’ section where you are able to change the name and email address for your user profile.
Home Page
We have given the home page a facelift, with more specific analytics and a streamlined display.
The home page allows easy access to specific features of the console, with direct access to forms, info pages and apps.
Measuring submissions by app as well as highlighting the most used forms gives greater insight into how your apps are being utilised.
