Custom PDF V2

We’ve made a few handy updates to the Custom PDF feature, giving you more flexibility when mapping form fields. You can now map checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdowns, and signature fields directly to your PDF. Also, to prevent users from modifying custom PDFs, they are now non-editable by default.

Approval Enhancements

To make life easier for Approvers and Team Members, we’ve introduced a few handy improvements to Approvals in the Platform. The Submission menu now shows the full Approval flow and current status at a glance. Approvers can now view their past approvals, making it easier to keep track of decisions. We’ve also upgraded the notification notes sent to submitters — you can now use our rich text editor for clearer, more custom responses.

SharePoint Lists

We’ve taken our SharePoint integration a step further. Now, form builders can connect directly to SharePoint Lists columns and dynamically pull in the data into a OneBlink form element, all from within the OneBlink platform.

It’s a simpler way to keep your forms up-to-date with the latest data from your SharePoint environment.

Environment Updates

With our shift to Appless Forms, we’ve introduced new configuration options to your platform environments. You can now upload a favicon and add a custom domain, making it easier than ever to put your organisation’s brand front and centre, all without needing an app.

Confirmation Email

We have had many requests for the ability to include a confirmation email field, allowing users to verify their email address before submitting. Now we have added a new option to the element to ‘require confirmation’, which will add a new field to the form that ensures the user enters the same email address to reduce the risk of users mistyping their email address.
