Web Map ID
While adding a Map ID is optional to configure an ESRI map integration, it is advised that in order to better locate the area suited for the form, you will need a public Map ID.
This can often be found in the URL of the map you are viewing.
Alternatively, if you are creating the map yourself, you can access the map ID from the ESRI map management screen.
Make sure that your map is set to public.
