Remove Form Definition from Lookup Payload
There have been several requests to shrink the size of the lookup payload to assist with performance. To help cater for this we have added the ability to remove the form definition from the lookup payload. This will ensure that only the submission data is passed through to the lookup endpoint potentially drastically reducing the size of the lookup payload and the corresponding request time.
Automatically Resume Autosave
In instances where you want your form users to automatically continue a form with autosave data, we have added a new configuration to the form. In the form summary screen turn on the "Automatically resume form if autosave data is present" switch, this will ensure the users do not see the usual autosave pop-up and instead the form is automatically prefilled with their autosave data.
Scheduling Name Change
With the addition of Scheduled Tasks and Scheduled Functions to the OneBlink LcS platform, we have changed the name of the Scheduling feature to now be Calendar Bookings. Please note that all current booking configurations will continue to work as normal and that this is exclusively a cosmetic name change for the feature to avoid confusion.
Approval Search
The Approval App search function has now been improved. The approval search now allows searches on form name, submission title, submission Id and External Id. This, in conjunction with the filters and customisable submission titles, will make it significantly easier to find the approvals you are looking for.
Password Reset Process
The login password reset process has now been improved to assist Team members and App users in gaining access to the platform and apps more easily. Now when a Team Member or App user is sent a temporary password to give them access to the platform or an app, they are still able to complete the password reset process even if the temporary password has expired.
Lookups: Number Elements
We have enhanced the Lookup element so that you are now able to populate Number elements using Lookups. This now allows you to use lookups to complete calculations or payments using the Lookup content.
Date & Time Calculations
We have received many customer requests for the ability to find the difference between 2 Date or Time elements. To cater for this the calculation element has been enhanced to allow for calculating on Date, Time and Date & Time elements. This can be used to return the number of days between two date elements and to return the number of hours between two time elements.
