Edit Submissions During Approval

Form builders stay in control by choosing exactly which elements approvers can edit. Every change is captured in the approval history, including what changed, who made the change and when.

Form builders can now schedule a migration for a specific date and time, making it easier to coordinate releases and minimise disruption. Scheduled migrations can be edited or cancelled, with clear indicators displayed on both the source and target forms.
Append PDF attachments in Power Automate
Creating complete PDF documents in Power Automate just got easier.
You can now automatically append PDF attachments when generating a submission PDF or custom PDF through Power Automate. This removes the need to manually combine documents afterwards, helping you create a single, complete PDF as part of your flow.
