Scheduled Tasks Enhancements

Scheduled Tasks have been improved to include the ability to generate QR codes for specific task instances, making it easier for users to open up specific instances and start completing tasks. Scheduled Tasks can also now include linked resources, allowing users to create links out to URLs containing SOP, instruction manuals guides and checklists.

Dev Keys Enhancements

Developer Key security has been improved with the addition of role-based mapping, enabling keys to be assigned to specific team member roles. This allows for more precise control over the permissions granted to each key.

Email Repeatable Set Mapping

When creating an email workflow event you may be required to send an email to multiple people or CC multiple emails from the form. To account for this requirement users are now able to reference elements from repeatable sets into the Email To, CC and BCC email addresses - allowing for multiple emails from the form to be included in the email.

Custom URL Suffixes

Forms are often shared via URL, and custom domains can be used to reassure users of their legitimacy. However, the form ID suffix remains. We’ve now made it possible to customise the form ID, allowing you to replace it with a more relevant suffix, such as /application-form or /premises-inspection.

Navigate to Subform

In the form builder, users can create subforms—recurring sets of elements used across single or multiple forms. To simplify updates, you can now open subforms directly via a link in the builder, eliminating the need to return to the forms list to search for them.

Hide Element

We’re often asked, "How do I hide an element on the form?"—whether it's a complex calculation, prepopulated field, or API lookup. Previously, CSS was required, but we've now added a "Hide Element" setting. Simply toggle the switch to hide the element from view on the form.

Referencing Elements

New users often struggle with referencing a form element in another area, such as an email workflow, information element, or submission message. Previously, you had to manually enter the format {ELEMENT:<element-name>}. Now, it's easier – simply click the "Insert Element" or "+" button to select the element from a drop-down list.
