Smarter, faster Form Composer

We've made some big improvements to Form Composer.

Instead of rebuilding an entire form when you make changes, Form Composer can now update or replace only the specific form elements you want to modify. This makes updates much faster and gives you a smoother editing experience.

Form Composer also now handles larger, more complex forms in one go, saving you time and reducing manual effort.

Email Data Classifications 

Supporting government protective marking requirements just got easier.

You can now apply data classifications to emails generated as part of a form workflow or approval process. Once configured, the selected classification is automatically added to the top and bottom of the email body, with the corresponding classification metadata included in the email headers.

Conditional Logic Submission Date and Time

We have had a large number of requests for workflow events such as payments to be dependent on when the user submits the form. Now, with this conditional logic enhancement, workflow events and approval flows can be run conditionally based on when the submission occurred.

Append PDF Attachments

Many internal submission processes require uploaded PDF attachments to be combined with the submission PDF before they can be reviewed or stored. To save time and remove this manual step, you can now automatically append PDF attachments to either the submission PDF or a custom PDF.

SAML App User Groups

You can now restrict access to OneBlink apps based on SAML user groups. This makes it easier to ensure only the right users can access specific apps, while giving you greater flexibility and simplifying setup.

Data Manager Calendar Booking Data

You can now view key calendar booking information directly in Data Manager and Data Viewer, including the event title, event date and time, and cancellation reason.

This gives you better visibility into the calendar events created from form submissions, making it easier to review bookings and understand what happened without leaving the Data Manager or Data Viewer.
