Custom reCAPTCHA

OneBlink LcS currently support using custom Google reCATCHA keys. 

These are required for any custom domain apps or utilising the forms website script for forms with a reCATCHA (not a robot) element.

I'm not a robot reCAPTCHA: Standard reCAPTCHA, requires the user to tick the box before they're allowed to submit their form, it may require the user to complete additional challenges before submitting if suspicious activity is detected.

Invisible reCAPTCHA badge Checkbox: Works behind the scenes of the form, allowing most users to submit forms without any interaction, instead of a checkbox. A small card is displayed in the form to indicate that reCAPTCHA is active. If suspicious activity is detected, users may be asked to complete additional challenges, but typically, no action is needed.


Steps to create


1. Navigate to the Google admin reCAPTCH page - https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin

2. Click the plus + button to add a new key




3. Add a Label


4. Select reCAPTCHA V2, "I'm not a robot" or Invisible reCAPTCHA badge Checkbox


5. Add your domains, owners, and Accept the terms of service


6. Click Submit



Add reCAPTCHA to LcS


1.  Open the integrations page of the console and select setup integration



2. Enter a Label for your key, select either "I'm not a robot" Checkbox or Invisible reCAPTCHA badge, add the Site Key, Secret Key and click Save




3. On the Apps section of the Console, select Manage on the App you want reCAPTCHA configured for.


4. On the Summary tab, turn on the use custom domain reCAPTCHA key switch, and select the reCAPTCHA key you wish to use.




Now any forms with a reCAPTCH element will be using your google reCAPTCHA key. 


Adding a new domain

In order to add further domains to the LcS reCAPTCHA integrations, please do the following


  1. From the reCAPTCHA integration modal, click the "Add Domain" button.
  2. A new section will be presented fill in the Label, reCAPTCHA Key type, Site Key and Secret Key required fields and click the "Save" button.
  3. Now you can configure the new reCAPTCHA domain in your App Summary tab.
