Introducing Excel Workflows
To eliminate the need for Power Automate to store and structure submission data in Excel, we’ve released an Excel integration. This allows form builders to add submission data to a row in an Excel Table hosted in SharePoint as part of the submission workflow events.

NSW Point Address now supports V3 API Keys
As NSW Point Version 2 will be decommissioned in 2026, we have now updated the NSW Point Integration to include support for V3 Point API Keys.
For teams using the NSW Point Address Element in your forms, we’ve introduced a NSW Point Address V3 form element. You can add this to your non-production forms to confirm everything works as expected before updating your live forms.

Style Headers for Your App
Following the release of App Footers, the platform now supports App Headers, helping teams maintain consistent branding and styling across their applications.
Once added, an App Header is automatically applied to all forms within the app, creating a cohesive, brand-aligned experience for users.

Custom PDF Fonts
When populating a Custom PDF with form data, it’s important that the content matches the style of your document. To make this easier, we’ve added a new font picker for Custom PDF element mappings.
You can now choose from a range of common font families for each mapping. If there’s a font you need that isn’t on the list, please let us know by contacting Support or submitting a request through our Feature Request portal.

Hide Deny Button in Approvals
To better support complex approval requirements, you can now configure specific approval steps so that approvers are unable to deny a submission. This ensures those approvers only have access to Approve and Request Clarification options.
